WTF is going on in the world? https://www.gunbroker.com/item/1038132804

In case the auction has ended and the link no longer works, its 350 once fired 410 shotgun hulls.... and I wouldn't usually get worked up over one gunbroker item thats overpriced, but its currently at $200, WITH 10 BIDS!!!!.

You can get loaded 12g rounds for a lot less than that per round. Is 410 really unobtanium these days or something?

The tactical shotgun market has blown up, I work with those guys and Beretta, and they can't keep em in stock.

I know the point you're trying to make. However, it just comes off as creepy and weird.

    As it should.

I think anything that can fire lead at over 5 rounds per second is a machine gun and too dangerous to be legal. Like fentanyl.

Just bought a second one of these a few months ago. One to keep in our house and one to keep in my unlocked truck

Edit to add they’re pretty light too. Not bad for packing in the back country in case you run into mama grizz

Wiki said bumpstock is good for 5/sec. What's your learned opinion on the rate of fire?

That's fucked up that you don't keep your guns locked when you're not using them. Or you're just fucking with him to be a douchebag. Either way, that's what gives the rest of us a bad name and will ruin it for everyone.

I see. Anyway. Rate of fire doesn't automatically make it a machine gun. If the number you stated is even achievable using one in a random gun. Personally not a fan of bumpstocks. Bump fire of any kind is foolish and dangerous. I don't think they should be on the market for that reason. Doesn't change the fact that they aren't machine guns and they don't turn your gun into an actual machine gun.

A machine gun is regulated because of it's ability to have such a high rate of fire? Or is it
    something else?

That may be one of the reasons MGs are heavily regulated but it's not how they were defined in the rules, for better or worse.

Where is the machine gun in this video? Is the revolver? Or the overweigh geezer with the twitchy booger hooker? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WzHG-ibZaKM&t=2s

Should we make the gun illegal, or the person? 8 shots in one second.

But no a shotgun can't do that.
