For converting the Itune music file type into a regular mp3? I use Itunes to get new music, but use Windows Media Player to put them on my device. I am about as computer illiterate as they come, so if anybody has any ideas, I would be thankful. Oh, and yea, yea, I know, Music forum, but I thought I'd get more exposure here.

Make a playlist in I-tunes.
Burn the playlist to a (music) CD (File-Burn Playlist to disc).
Play and/or Rip the newly made CD with WMP and Bob's your uncle...

Oh yes, you'll have to manually label the songs but that's a small price to pay for digital freedom.

May degrade sound quality a 'lil bit...but you probably won't notice...I have heard it works pretty well, and even keeps your ID3 tags in place...I have heard.
