    And the odometer keeps rolling...

Hit 500 miles for the season today. Looks like this week should be good to add to that. Delaware County NY= very few traffic lights and cars. Although sometimes the cows get in your way.

    Nice!

I'm at a little over 1000 road miles, but only about 50 dirt miles. I GOTTA get my trail riding time up.

Nice, I have been slowed up a bit on the road work since I am training in two other events right now but I am at a respectable 200 miles.

Unfortunately an old ankle injury that has left me with loose bone chips in the joint has sidelined me for a bit. One of them got stuck the other day and I am having a hard time moving the ankle around much. But it is temporary, It just has to unstick itself and it will be back to "normal". It has been this way for about 8 or 9 years and I am finally paying for it and thinking about having them removed.

2000+ since Jan. 1, mostly all dirt. Lately its been raining tons here, so I've had to log a lot on the rail trails.
