Do any of you use Blue dog food? I saw an ad for it and it looks like some pretty good stuff with their ingredients, plus it has glucosamine. Any feedback?

Don't know it. I stick with Innova.

I've got a 2 yr old female lab, and a 3 yr old male lab. Both are currently on Pro Plan Sensitive Stomach dog food.
We've had great results with phd.
Most foods don't have enough glucosamine to be therapeutic, although if your dogs are young they don't need a therapeutic dose. It is questionable if glucosamine has any effect at prevention. Bottom line, don't pay extra for it, and don't count on it to be of any use.

^^^ It sounds like they've got one person writing all their reviews, too.
I don't think anyone can broadly recommend a brand for EVERY dog. Check with your vet and ask what they think would be good for YOUR dog. Then talk to the people where you buy your food. My shop has a lady who knows her shit! If you bring your dog in, she'll ask you a bunch of questions, play with your dog, and factor in breed, age, activity level, etc. and help you choose something that will be good for your friend. Worth a shot anyway!

we use Iams mini chunks.....you saw what that did for us![]()

I understand this- I was simply trying to get some feedback from anyone who may be using this food. Our dogs are perfectly fine on the food we give them, but this looked like a pretty good option and with the number of dog owners on here, I figured someone has to be using it.
Weak stomach food, maybe we should look into that, especially for our Malamute. Has to be small chunks, she won't eat anything big.

Our eight-year old husky dines on Solid Gold Wolf King(Salmon/Bison). I started looking for food a year and a half ago that would be closest to what a wolf would eat and my husky loves salmon, too. Wolf King was about the cheapest I could find but it isn't cheap! This company was also not involved in that melamine scare a year ago. He used to eat Dick Van Patten's food(some of their food was recalled for melamine).
With a combo of this food and exercise, the dog lost about 20 lbs. I can't recommend it more highly...

Never in U.S. history has the public chosen leadership this malevolent. The moral clarity of their decision is crystalline, particularly knowing how Trump will regard his slim margin as a “mandate” to do his worst. We’ve learned something about America that we didn’t know, or perhaps didn’t believe, and it’ll forever color our individual judgments of who and what we are.
People should learn endurance; they should learn to endure the discomforts of heat and cold, hunger and thirst; they should learn to be patient when receiving abuse and scorn; for it is the practice of endurance that quenches the fire of worldly passions which is burning up their bodies.

Despite that site hating on Eukanuba Large Breed both of our Labs have eaten it all their lives and have thrived. Guess our vet - basically a family member who cares more about our dogs than the rest of us, and who used to be the large animal vet at the National Zoo - told us we could fuck with their diet if we wanted but it would likely only lead to digestive problems on their part... like the runs. Sure enough, when we tried to go to an all natural high protein uber-Food all they did was shit a lot and rub their asses on our rugs.
I use Eagle pack holistic. It also has glucosamine and crodroitin--but as the doc sauid, probably not enough to make a difference. i supplement the food anyway. Billers seems to like it!
Why would they need more than one person? It's not like it's a taste taste, it's a review of ingredients! So long as the "Reviews" are accurate and consistent, it doesn't matter how many people "review" it.
I too am curious about this.
The responses in these threads often are like "my dog used X and has always been great!"; "my dog ate X and didn't like it/got the runs", etc. These anecdotes are pretty useless, and even if that dog food site (agenda or not) says a food is "2 Star", it doesn't mean that your dog can't be happy and healthy on that food. However, having some resource beyond anecdotes is good. Thankfully, that site and my vet agree, he sells the 2 foods I have so far rotated into my dog's diet (Wellness and Canidae), and both are rated highly there. But I'd certainly like to know what I can and cannot trust about that site.
