5 inches of new and bluebird for the last hour or so, things should be going off right now.

sounds like about as good conditions as you can get for a comp. Atrain and Sam have been killing it lately and will do well if they pull out the A game. Good luck to all and look forward to watching many maggots compete in the finals! Those competing who feel like it should post up their name so we know who is who on the start list.

If ski companies didn't make new skis every year I wouldn't have to get new skis every year.

This guy always goes big and he's never afraid to eat the consequences.
He's fallen off more than one cliff this season goin for it.

And props to Athan and Mike! I'm not sure Ben Wah will be on the Bros in this comp, but he has been skiing them lately.

Fuck yeah it's Pat's Peak, NH. Gotta represent my home mountain. Moved out here for winters last year. But figured 16 years of skiing and 8 years of racing at Pat's Peak justified the shout out over 2 winters at Alta. See you all out there tomorrow. Loved watching today. SEND IT!

Props to all the mags who skied today. I heard Bobby Lee's line was absolutely nuts. I saw Zippy as a TDQ. I imagine he must've gone for something insane given what we see in 666's TR's.

JakeCast just missed the cut by a fraction of a point. He also picked up my scores today and found a nice big error (not enough to make the cut, but still annoying).

Judge 4 added up 6+6+5+5+5 as 22. I've just learned that those numbers actually equal 27.

Here' are pics of the score cards. I was bib 213. My real score was 27.125 instead of 25.88. I guess the moral of the story is to ski better, but also to go pick up your score card or find someone who can go get it for you.

that sucks J, but it happens.

Last year at KW's qualifiers, I was 19 or 20th or something, and I qualified so I was happy and didn't care, but when I home I added up the cards and their math was wrong and I should have been two points higher, which would have put me like 9th or 10th. If that mistake would have resulted in me missing the cut I would have been piiissssed. Do you think you have an argument to get in still?

If they make mistakes in the negative, I'm guessing mistakes are sometimes made in the positive too.
