Poll with options: CO 'mini'

Maybe the interest in doing a 'mini' in CO has waned because at this point, there's so many people who know each other from this site that every weekend in the spring at LL and A-B are essentially 'minis.'

in the past, it seems like everyone has had good time regardless of the timing. so, here's a real poll with the early and late options.

I'm going to go go ahead and vote for the May 10 date. no conflicts with other already organized and sure-to-be-fun dates. a few folks are worried about terrain being open but something tells me that there's plenty of good terrain nearby for those who don't care to partake in the inbounds fun.

February 2008 is a stellar choice. PMGear is working hard on constructing a time machine for this event. What this poll is asking is "what date should we all meet so we can travel back to february for the mini?"

or maybe now that you routinely see a dozen or more folks getting together anytime someone puts up a "who wants to have a beer in summit county" thread, a mini isn't so necessary to get a good group of folks together. especially when they all seem to end up at the basin every spring weekend, anyway.

I'll probably make the mini, but it will probably be the only night I sleep over in last chance. Should definitely pick a day and let people try to make it if they can.

I guess I will refrain from voting since I can probably do any of the dates. Personal preference I guess would be towards later in the year, so that it is warmer and better for camping. It's usually not much of a ski day for me, I don't like to have more than about one drink and ski. For some reason I seem to start drinking at about 9am on the day of the mini...
