    Which ski for me thread.

So i posted this on NS thread on NS and didn't really get the answer that i was looking for so i come to you. It looks like you guys know your shit more then NS.

15 years old, 5'8 135-140lbs. I live in Colorado, mainly skiing Summit County and Crested Butte.
I'm looking for a soft mid fat-fat all mountain jib stick. Basically a fun ski to rip everywhere.
This will ONLY ski, about 60% powder 40% park.
I have looked into K2 Hellbents, Line Sir Francis Bacons, Line Elizabeths, Line Anthems, Armada Arv, and K2 Seths.

And don't bitch at me saying i don't need one of the skis that i stated because i'm too little or young. I can honestly rip a most lines.

    Thanks TGR.

I guess we'll assume you like soft skis since all of those except maybe the ARV are soft skis. They'd all be good choices for the application. Obviously the Hellbents are going to be the best in the pow. Obviously the ARV and Anthems are going to float the least. I don't know if that helps you. The Hellbents aren't going to be good all mountain skis outside of the pow (or park). I've heard good things about the Elizabeths for smaller riders. I always though SFBs would be fun. Seths are NOT light skis so those will slow your rotations (so would the Hellbents). I'd bet SFB or Elizabeths would be your best choices. I haven't ridden any of those.

You aren't to little or young, but you are a JONG.

stay away from full on deep rocker like a hellbent, if this is your one ski quiver. i'd go elizabeth or sfb if i were you. depending on how competent you are in the park, and the rest of the mountain for that matter i'd go sfb. you are on the light side though you might be more interested in the elizabeth. its really a toss up between those two. good luck choosing.

    The SFBs are awesome...

they are great in pow, they have a HUGE sidecut so they can handle the groomers pretty well, and even in the park they are fun.

You should look at solly guns, too. Light, midfat, twin, decent everywhere, soft.
