    Yeah cpt! That kicks ass. Congratulations.

    I skied a couple weeks ago, and realized my right glut still hasn't recovered from removing the femur rod. Skiing just puts so much stress on that muscle that I think it's gonna take a full season before I don't feel it any more (or that may not happen, but so be it). Still felt strong though, and skiing is frickin awesome.

    Congrats again dude.

    Thanks Particle! You'll get there Im sure. Yeah I too was feeling the quads burning but just wanted more!! I mtb like a mad man all summer in hopes for today and hopefully a good rest of the season.
    Hey I left you a visitor message about some FFR+'s. Disregard that. I gonna keep the ones I have. You may have sold those already anyway.

    Ah sorry man, didn't see your message. Still have them if you change your mind.

    Yeah I mtb'd all summer long - raced DH a bunch, lots of XC too. It's great training - I'm plenty strong but biking doesn't work the gluts like skiing does. I'm sure it'll come with more days on snow for both of us.

    Hey no worries.
    Yeah the glut def doesnt get that workout you need from biking. Ive been doing this card workout where you flip a card and each suit is a diffferent exercise and the number on the card is the reps. Its awesome. Beats monotonous exercises.

    Basically like this:

    Hearts = pushups
    Diamonds = lunges
    Clubs = squat jumps
    Spades = burpees
    Joker = 50 situps and 50 step ups

    Face cards are 10 reps.

    You can change up the exercises to whatever or make the face cards whatever reps you want. I find these exercises great for legs. Keep flipping cards quickly and it's a great cardio workout too.

    Congrats on getting out there too man. I know its huge particle.

    Bumping this for a PM I got today. Also to update that I still have the hardware after 4 years and have had zero problems. Its even helped me to get my medical cannabis card which I barely use but am grateful to have.
    Another piece of advice I would like to pass along is if your healing get a really nice mattress for if you can. I have a Tempupedic cloud supreme. Its amazing. So wish I had it during my recovery. My bed at that time sucked and it made it really hard to sleep. But at that time I couldn't afford anything else and or didn't realize that it was my mattress that was affecting my sleep. Sleep is SO important for healing.
