Looking to possibly rent a room or a place for me and my girl in Girdwood for the summer starting in late April or early May until prolly October. Can't wait to be back up in AK...

April is generally when things start popping up on craigslist. also check out www.turnagaintimes.com, the girdwood newspaper. you might also be able to find a summer rental from one of the lodging companies, sometimes they'll rent out their smaller places month by month during the summer.

Tourist season, Yay... I shouldn't knock them so hard they pay my wages too but when you get questions like "is the glacier slippery" every day its hard to have any respect. Craigslist is probably the best bet or depending on what kind of work you're looking to do sometimes lodging is included.
