I need some Green Dot revenge.

For the last few months, EVERY friggin' morning at 8:00am I get a text message from Green Dot Visa. Some MORON entered in my cell number so that he/she/it could receive daily reminders of how much money he/she/it has left on his/her/its fuggin Green Dot Visa debit card. This financial genius NEVER has more than $8 on the card. For the last few weeks, EVERY DAY at 8am I get a text message telling me that this MORON has a balance of $0!!!

I've tried calling Green Dot. You can't get past the automated system without an account number. I've tried emailing these asshats. SURPRISE... NO RESPONSE. I tried replying to the text's with "unsubscribe", "stop", "STFU", and half a dozen other things with no affect.

I have 2 kids. We text each other enough that I'm always close to my text limit of 200/month. Now I always go over because I now get an extra 30/month from these assclowns. This financial genius is now costing me more per month then he ever has on his stupid card.

How do I make it stop?? Or at the very least... how do I extract a pound of flesh from these scumbags? From some of the reading I've been doing, Green Dot Visa has got to be one of the slimiest Visa companies out there.

just google 'call block <your cell provider>' most offer some sort of blocking.

fez - thanks, but I've been down that road. Unbelievably, AT&T no longer offers a way to block individual numbers unless you purchase a service for $4.99/mo.

Tipp - you rock! CB&T was able to get me into the Green Dot call center and connect me to an actual person for a change. He says that it should be fixed within a day. We'll see.

when someone entered my email address in their myspace profile, i couldn't get anywhere. then I emailed abuse - and things were resolved within a few hours.. this is mysuck we're talking about here. hopefully a bank will be even better.
