Agree with this. BB doesn't generally include scenes that aren't important for some reason, especially in these last episodes, so Todd's creepy infatuation with Lydia is going to come up one way or another. Makes sense that that's his motivation for wanting to continue cooking. Lydia is both scared shitless and an opportunist, so it wouldn't surprise me if she ends up hitching her wagon to Todd when she realizes she can use his puppy love to protect her (though I'd guess that will end badly).

Yeah, that little fling will not end in a nice little cottage in suburbia with a white picket fence.

My guess is the the machine gun is for the Nazi's and the ricin is for Lydia. Walt frees Jesse and they each go their own way. The last scenes are of Walt dying of cancer alone and a UPS package containing the rest of Walt's money being delivered to Skylar.

That's along the lines of what I've been thinking. Though, I'm not sure Walt won't want to kill Jesse, and I feel pretty certain - particularly after learning about Jane - that Jesse won't just walk away. I think Walt will die by Jesse's hand.
Remind me. We'll send him a red cap and a Speedo.

Walt's house ends up abandoned with Heisenberg written all over it, this can only have been Uncle Jack. As they parted ways "square" and with Jack taking Walt's money, the only conclusion is that he wants Walt to cook.
So, Jesse dies in the next episode, possibly suicide. Jack/Todd/Lydia kidnap Skylar and kids to draw Walt out of hiding. Walt goes after them with the gun and ricin (for Lydia).
I would expect Walt lives, but without money or his family. Although he could reunite with them, given his "sacrifice" to protect them.
Marie is the wildcard. She hates Walt and has nothing more to loose.

There is no way Walt is saving Jesse. Jesse is the one who flaked out and got swept up by Hank in his illegal kidnapping and interrogation program. This led the loss of his cash, death of Hank and the end of the family resulting in him living on the run with his barrel of cash alone. He probably came across someone with the blue meth and realized Jesse was still alive and is going to take him out.

^^That's incredible. As if the show wasn't good enough already.

Also, we're looking at 75 minutes including commercials, according to this article:

Jesus, I can't wait till Monday (I don't have cable so I watch it the day after it airs on Amazon Prime). Might have to find somewhere to watch the finale in real time, since I can't see avoiding it in the media all day after it airs.

Didn't Jesse ask Walt why he doesn't want to quit when he had 10 million dollars at the end of season 2 or something like that? I seem to remember that he had 10 million dollars and didn't want to quit at some point. Now after everything is said and done he ends up with 10 million dollars kind of ironic. Pretty amazing last season that's for sure.

I sure wish wall Junior would die but I have a feeling he's one of the only ones that isn't going to.

Why??? I'm no cripple sympathizer but why would you want him to die? Except for getting all teary-eyed all the time he doesn't really do anything of substance in the show. The worst thing he's done all series is try and buy a six pack.

He is just such a whiner. I have been hoping for the last few seasons that he would OD on walt's meth. That would have been awesome.

Hey - the kid has to go - end of story

He is straight up ratto. Called the cops yo! When you are legit crime boss you have to live by the rule of the jungle.

Tony Soprano, Stringer Bell, Al Swearagen would all take jr down w/o a second thought.

If he wants to be remembered as a true leader in the field he knows what he has to do...

If you haven't already, watch all or at least middle third of season 4 - there were so many threads to pull on that I personally never saw the first time. This show is pure genius. Fuck it, the kid can live.

Hey, found a bit of trivia. Remember Tuco? They took the name from this character http://www.imdb.com/character/ch0002057/ Was watching it last night on cable. Heh. Gotta love Eli Wallach, a New York jew, playing a crazy Mexican.
