    Anyone work in HR/personnel?

I'm currently updating my resume, and it looks like hell (many gaps, longest held full time job was ten months, lots of unrelated to my field positions). I've been out of college 6 years now, but I'm still basically looking for entry/low level work. Any suggestions on how to make this thing not look overly suspicious (If I was a hiring manager, I wouldn't consider me based on my current resume)
