A few quick word words of recognition for the customer service folks at BCA. One of my Trackers came down with a problem the other week: the on-off switch wouldn't click on, rendering it inoperable. Despite this being the peak of the season for them, within 2 weeks of contacting BCA about the problem, I got a package back from BCA: brand new beacon. Thanks all.

I'll second this for BCA. Had some issues with the door on my tracker a couple weeks ago, called them up, had a nice chat with their rep and in less than a week, I had the new part for my beacon, free of charge. I've had a couple things come up with their gear a few times over the years and every time I've been impressed with their service. props to BCA.
