help! best host for large photo file uploads?

trying to find a good host that will allow uploads up to at least 5mb, with resizing for hot linking, as well as a place to resize panoramic photos over 10mb for web viewing. thanks for any input.

www.smugmug.com but it's $45 a year I think.

I use filenanny.com to upload large panos, I believe the limit is 10mb. It's free and you can hotlink the images too. You can just resize the panos on your own, or create one of these:

Haven't looked into it to much, but seems cool.

I recommend creating an account at filenanny otherwise you may get some errors uploading.
