After fighting all of the puget sound to get up there saw 3pairs of Praxis and 2 Spats among many Hellbents.
I'm guessing a large mag showing.
Even with half of Wa up there a good shin to knee deep day.

so that's where the crowd was today, I was kinda wondering about that.
Was there all day yesterday and this morning till they closed 6 down for wind's sake.
Best snow I've ever skied @ Crystal. So light and not PNW like.
Stood upon a mountaintop.
Walked barefoot in the Snow.
Crowded parking lot, but the lines up top really weren't bad. The wind at the top scared the gapers away. Southback was damn good today.
BTW, I was on sunset praxis. Was it anyone here also on sunset praxis infront of me in the c6 line?
Didn't stop much for pictures today, but I have a couple. I'll put em up soon.
It was better than I thought it would be up there today. A little windy early on, but that just kept people down lower. Bear Pits held well all day and we happened to be near Campbell when they opened it in the afternoon. Perfect way to end the day.
It took over 2 hours to go from E-claw to F lot. I got up there and my buddy plowing snow says I should go home, fat chance. Despite the maddening number of gaper drivers and cars the lines werent as bad as expected. Lapped up the the shriveled remains of what was once known as Northback till 6 opened up again and I got over 1k vert of untracked off the back o the king. I left satisfied.
One of pairs of Praxis was on my brother, Boss Hogg. With Alpental closed we figured we'd make the trip to Crystal. The traffic was awful and the trip took over 2.5 hrs from Seattle. Though once there, the snow did not disappoint. Felt like we were at Alta. Absolutely amazing day.
