    2nd the duck.
Ive heard from 2 seperate parties that we reccomended go there and they both said that was the best, followed by the j-schniztle.

also dont be afraid to order off the menu
appetizer wise, go for the mouco colo rouge (sp?)
entre wise, sauerbraten, anything venison if they have a special, and t3h lamb
dessert, route groutze (on the RW menu)

seriously though, i could be kept happy with a large plate of their red cabbage, dumplings, mashed potatoes and gravy, and a large stein of beer.

Not only do you demonstrate your complete lack of awareness of porcine anatomy, you equally expose your culinary benightedness. Bravo on the twofer.

Would you have preferred me to say that she'd do something involving the butt?

PP is the best thing to do when one first starts smoking b/c it's so forgiving when it comes to temperature fluctuations b/c of all the fattiness. brisket's much more difficult to get the hang of, takes longer, and much easier to dry out. if a place can't do PP they sure as shit can't do a brisket

also, the correct answer for proper PP condiment is georgia mustard sauce PP, GA mustard style sauce, and a white bun, and I'm in fucking heaven.

Thanks for pointing me towards the Chinook Tavern, wait staff was good, beer and wine selection fantastic, and the food was awesome. Based on your suggestions I got the duck and it will keep me going back to that place, best meal I've had in awhile.
