Looks like I was on Elevator about the same time as you. Surprisingly great snow yesterday.

Is that the powerline that drops down to I-90 just west of the summit? I've always wanted to ski that.

Why was I playing scientist yesterday? I knew this ridge wasn't going to be the shit. Let's all cross our fingers for the upper traverse....

Hey Yonder, do me a favour next time, and link to the SS.com report instead of posting my pics without asking. No hard feelings, just don't do it again. Cheers.

Mofro, as you probably know, there's no need for an organized roadside pickup, a thumb is usually enough

    One more from yesterday

Careful with that man. One time we skied down to I-90 and a state patrol pulled up right as we were hopping down on the freeway to get in the car waiting on the road. Trooper started in with the "hitch-hiking is illegal etc" but he didn't have a problem with us getting a cell-phone pickup.

Ahhhh, got ya. We actually head back towards Sahali, so no I90 thumbing. Plus if people are being grumpy, the snoqs shuttle will pick you up anywhere on Alpy road.
