    Another Naxo heel problem? NX01

    I did a quick search and found a few Naxo heel problem threads in the first three pages. I think all were the 21s. I have 2nd gen NX01s, and last night before I went out I found this:



    Is this the heel problem people are talking about?

    Looks to me like it's just the plastic sheath that got tweaked. I tried prying it back over, but the plastic made some ugly sounds so I stopped.

    Advice?
