first time doing it in the east

So I am new to the east (Good old woyming boy stuck out here for school) and I am curious where I should head to this weekend. I was thinking either Jay peak or Burke. Any recommendations are greatly appreciated.

Head to Jay Peak, if you have a season pass at any other mountain it is $40 for an all day pass.

Here are some pics from New Years eve 12/31/07

There is plenty of snow to be had. It was my first time up there this year and it was a blast in the glades since my friend is a local and knows his way around.

Looks like the place to be, thanks for the heads up. I heard it is suppose to get warm and rain soon. Hopefully Jay will stay cold.
