    Level 2 avy class in CO?

    Does anyone know of a good level 2 avy class in Colorado this month?

    Alpine World Ascents puts on a good Avy 2. I took one w/ them last February

    CMC Edwards campus offers a really good class with some awesome instructors. hut trip included.

    Nope you have to come to Minnesota. We have the best avy training grounds in the world.

    Another vote for Silverton Avalanche School. I did my II there 3 seasons ago. I get to go back again this season because someone else is paying Nothing like the best refresher out there

    thanks guys.

    I've been thinking...its been about 6 seasons since I did my Level 1; should i redo it or go for the Level 2?

    Go level 2 if you have been skiing the past 6 seasons. Level 1 is really basic-no refresher needed if you ask me.

    i have been skiing in the BC but mostly lift access backcountry type stuff, now that I'm living fulltime in the mtns again I'm looking to do more remote BC missions. Maybe I'll get the level 1 course notes to review before the L2.
