Full Face Helmets and Fogging Googles

ok so I got a full face, but everytime I wear it my googles fog no matter what. Is there anyway to stop this? I know whats causing this but not breathing is not a real solution.

Its a Giro Flint SC with smith pheneom googles

I have the 661 pro bravo. I also have turbo fans, they still fog on humid days. Just try to breathe down to prevent fogging the outside of the lens. The turbo fan does help with the fogging of the inside of the lens but it still happens sometimes.

Yeah, you gotta breathe downwards, with a severe overbite. It might look funny, but no-one can see because you've got a full face on . You can breathe normally while you're not exerting too much, or while you're moving at a decent rate but if you're puffing you need the overbite technique.

I also wear the Flint SC. Breathing with the 'overbite' technique is pretty effective. I seem to have gotten used to it. I also use Smith Phenom Turbo fan which eliminates any interior moisture.
