    Removable Vibram Soles?

So I just hocked my AT boots so I could afford a new pair of alpines this winter. I got a pair of Krypton Pros and love em', but god are they hell to hike in. Does anybody know of anyone that makes a beefed up version of Cat Tracks for side country hiking?

I use Walk EZ (or is it EZ Walk) instead of Cat Tracks to prevent wear on the soles of my alpine boots because I was always loosing Cat Tracks. Walk EZ definetly stay on better than Cat Tracks and are way beafier. I have only used them to get to a lift however; never for backcountry/sidecountry.
