. Don't get me wrong, I believe in localized warming causes by excessive fossil fuel combustion, but conservation needs to be our main goal, not driving up costs.
Future winters in colorado.....more winter, maybe more desertification.

I really dont care about your insults and if you dont provide evidence Ill just keep posting...We need extreme conservation of fossil fuels for the coming ice age.

NOAA changed temperature data to show warming to effect political will to get USA and other countries to sign 2015 IPCC global climate accord. Also $100 billion in funding to be lost if no warming continues. "

False. Here is the whole story on snopes and evidence so that you can stop cunting up this thread. If you want to argue with snopes take it to another thread.

Lol... it's a global conspiracy!!! Cause NOAA controls the data for every country on the planet and every weather station! Jesus, try a little critical thinking...

Snowmass was absolute garbage until about noon. Snow showed up quickly and turned the day around. High alpine opened up at 2 with nobody around

Name a condition and it was found today at Silverton. Steady fat wet flakes in town all evening , may be a nice refreshed mountain by the AM

Lightning it looks like you just traversed that slope , I hope those weren't your tracks !

    Lost Gaiters on LL Pass

Wife lost a set of gaiters at the Loveland Pass parking area this morning (10-10:30ish). OR, size S, black. Shoot me a PM if you happened to come across them. Windblown conditions on the ridgelines.

That snow was enough to make the groomers nice and soft at keystone today. North bowl had a few inches of pow. Decent. Better than I expected.

Fuck skiing on the weekends though. I barely think it's worth it anymore. Vibes to those of you who can only ski on the weekends

Agree. I only ski with my wife and 5 year old on weekends if we ski. Might as well be teaching her then standing in liftlines and fighting for powder scrapes.

Even Mary Jane was a complete shitshow yesterday. Thought WP/MJ wasn't that bad.

I know. The tracks over on the far side of the face were mine, and then I ski traversed across to where I took the pic, because that first short run was just to test the snow and see if it was worth doing a full ski or if it would be too sticky.. and when it skied surprisingly well, I cut short, traversed across to lap back up and get a full run!

Finally.....some modest southerly winds on the pass. Unfortunately I couldn't launch any higher up since the winds were a lot faster.

I rode my bike today. The only inbounds day for me this year was when I took a Wednesday off work. Looks like more snow next weekend, warm again though. Enough of this warm wet snow and we could have a pretty good spring season.

    Rocky was the tits today

4-5" on top of the all the garbage that we had this past week but above 10,000 it seemed to have stayed pretty cold so it wasn't boilerplate below.

Zero wind with unlimited laps all day!
