^^^ which is a waste. I don't think Steamboat got anything at all. V and BC got skunked. I think Aspen got 6ish....Sunlight and Powderhorn I think did ok.

These early storms have all tracked on a similar pattern. Hope it shifts when winter kicks in.

Sunlight is getting hit pretty hard. They had 6" this morning and it has not stopped snowing all day. The last six hours the weather station on Sunlight peak has been reporting heavy snow. The snow seems to be passing north over Aspen and Snowmass before falling onto Sunlight.

Wrap around, son. Relax. You'll wake up with new snow tomorrow.

11 inches at home here in South Denver. Office closed.

I'll be surprised if there's more than 5" new overnight in the Denver area (70% prob for 4"+ and 40% for 8"+).

Based on how slow this storm is moving, I'll take that bet.

It looks like its not stopping til tomorrow afternoon/evening sometime.

Just heard from Sunlight they have over a foot of snow at the base and around 16" at the top. The forecast is calling for another 10" by the end of the day tomorrow. At least somewhere other than Echo and Eldora are getting snow.

From what I saw watching the radar today Aspen or Snomass only recieved about half this amount. This has been a very spotty storm.

Looks like the forecast got upped recently. Now appears that west and south of the city could see well over an inch/hour from now until 6am.

So I just did a reflectivity base loop on NOAA bou and I think some NWS geek threw in a Hawaii image into the rotation.

There is a frame of Kailua-Kona on the big island and you can see Maui...LOL!

Is anyone in the mountains or foothills still getting snow? Between Lyons and Estes it stopped about an hour ago and radar shows it's gone.

If weather cooperates opening sooner is a possibility. At least this snow gives Sunlight a good base in the trees.

Loveland's still reporting 8" in the last 24 with more to come. Can't complain about that for October.

still crystal clear in Eagle County. I love weather for systems like this despite our skunksville. Really thought we would get some wrap around moisture by this point. Winds still out of the east at this point. The storm itself continues to track north. Perhaps the wrap around is still to come. Interesting few weather days.

Snowing hard still in north Denver. It slowed for an hour or so, but it looks like it has picked back up.

Falling hard for hrs here in DTC. No sign of letting up. Cold! I really may ski the dam @ CC res if we get another 6"+ on top of the foot already on ground. Forecast keeps getting bumped up... tonight NOAA saying 14-28" totals in urban corridor, 3ft in foothills! lol.
