Thought about heading up today but couldn't. Might try to get there myself Saturday for some laps from the top.

Hot today. I don't think it's going to get cold and snow any time soon.

^^ Was up Tue & Wed. Had certainly been getting cold enough up there at night for a good freeze. Can't speak to last couple of days though. Timing will totally depend on what aspect you're going to ski.

Never hurts to be early when it's warm. Aspen Mt. is spinning lifts this weekend too.

I skied Indy Pass on Monday, frozen corn in the morning, cream cheese mid morning, mashed potatoes in the early afternoon, icee shlushies in the late afternoon.

Did you climb up from the lake, along the West Ridge? How were conditions on the ridge and in the chutes?

85 today, and 90s later this week. Ski rack....off.
It's damn good weather for off snow activities east of the divide. Bone dry in plenty of places.

Me? No I hitched multiple times and down climbed from the parking lot up top into the north couloirs a couple times and hit the east bowls a few times. North stuff was good until early afternoon and was getting wet. Not GREAT coverage but it's not that often that it is.

^^Same. With this warm weather doubt you could ski "summit" to car next weekend. 50's up there on Sat.

    Hey Denver kooks!

My friends Steep Ravine are playing tonight at Cervantes. Excellent music. Check 'em out.

They are looking for a place to crash tonight. Good boys! They stay with me whenever they play the cafe I sling beer at.
