The problem is that I don't post here as often as I used to and the new format for the forum doesn't really show if you have a new PM or otherwise. So what ends up happening is that I'll check every couple of months (cause I just forget to look at PMs) and have PMs from some troglodyte saying he's moving from bumfuck to Jackson and needs a place to live. The irony is that I started that trend and had all of the JONGs blowing up iceman's and irul's inboxes for YEARS.
