What RideSki said. Parsen was pretty shot, but the trees below were surprisingly good. WP must not of been worked Wed-Friday because I had little problem finding some boot top stashes in some really obvious places....

....and then the sun came out and turned everything into cement.

10000 to 11,200. I'm sure bigger lines are more filled in, but everything else above treeline is scoured. Flattop skin to dragontail / ptarmigan / etc is 100% rock above treeline.

It's been a rough year for us for sure. Terrain park is skiing about the best of anything right now.

Seems like everyone is predicting 3-6 or 4-8 for us tonight. Clouds really built up over the divide around 330-4 and some flakes were being blown into town. Still really warm here though and with temps this high and wind this strong I have a hard time believing we get more than a couple inches... Hoping the cutoff storm produces big for the front range next weekend. It should since I'm staying up at shrine mountain this next weekend and won't be around to enjoy the upslope. Same thing happened to me last year when Eldora had that deep day.

Joel says 6-10 for Beaver Creek. I'll be stunned if more than 5 falls. So warm and no impressive cold front, I just don't see it at all.

Karma or not, I'm just glad to be out from under that oppressive NW flow. W flow, the W stands for Win.

Last time Beav was projected 6-10" we got a cool 2". Fingers crossed for 3". However, projected totals have been increasing on this one and decreasing on the previous. So there's that.

hah yes, NW is no bueno. On a side note, the temps have really started to crank the last few days and there is definitely a bit of a sun crust on any exposed slopes, even N facing below 11k. N facing trees are heavy but decent. Let it snow!

Snowing good in Summit County right now.

VP was a shitshow as usual. The truckers completely ignored the chain-up required signs and pretty much were all spinning out about 2/3 of the way to the top and just parked in the middle of the highway. Dumbass truckers!

This is going to be a pretty good 4-7" hopefully. Nice and wet snow should help build back the base we lost recently.

at least 5" so far and the radar images look so damn good. Super low moisture content snow too. Monday pow day could be one of the better ones this season in bounds tomorrow.

Aspen is about to get hit with solid weather - I'm on my way out there on Sunday for a week of debauchery. Always get a foot or so of sweet sweet fresh, so it's on it's way. Karma has been saved up and is about to be cashed in.

Oh, and when it snows if anyone feels like letting me follow them around Snowmass so I don't get lost in the trees again that would be nice. Or we could just ski in the sun and get drunk. Whatever.
