Do I detect a lot of anger flowing around this place? Kind of like a pubescent volatility, some angst, a lot of I'm-sixteen-and-angry-at-my-father syndrome?

    fuck that noise.

Well that was unexpected. Enjoy it, those who can.

It was very good today. Most of the areas I skied were 10"-12" deep with some areas holding quite a bit more than that. Did laps between the SuperConnect and E Chair first thing with no lift lines, then went over to T-Bar. The worst wait there were about 15 minutes, but they had died to about 5 minutes when I left at 11:30. TWO VERY GOOD DAYS IN THE SAME WEEK! Holy shit, it snows here?

Got there really early. Was so good to ski some real pow. Funky pow, but deep. Saw a ton of yardsales.

I'd have to say quite a bit more than 11.

Felt a little undergunned on my skis, but I can't really bitch. It's been so long since I've not been able to always see my tips.

Interesting crust layer lurking underneath the new, but bonding seemed really good. I suspect it's going to get real pushy once it warms up, ACL type. Was pretty cold up there, but cranking pow turns made it easy to stay warm.

Vis was a bit tough in the morning, but improved to offer amazing scenery, colors, and falling flakes. Was still squalling when I left, and warming rapidly. No "crowds" really to speak of, just a local's pow day.

I broke the trail home, that took awhile.

Shitty cell phone pic, but you get the idea.

hucked my meat a ton today at breck, couple of long lines on tbar and 6 but no crowds at all otherwise. a lot of areas ski'd wayyyy deeper than 8 inches, especially contest bowl.

Yes. Yes. This I agree with. Peak 10 wasn't groomed at all last night and made for solid runs before 6/T-Bar opened up and were ready to go down.

Anyone else stuck on Chair 6 this morning...don't know how long it was, but had to be close to 20 minutes. Cooled the line down a bit when I got back down.

Was at Copper with some gaperific friends, but easily the best snow day of the year so far for me. Very soft and skied about boot deep.

Vail was TITS. Stuff just kept opening and opening. With the consistent snow all morning and the terrain openings it felt like someone shook the etch-a-sketch every 45 minutes and gave you a fresh pow day. Bell to Bell pow.
I have more skis and bikes than Facebook friends.
