    Another way to shoot kayaking.

Maybe it will happen in the future.
Here's a demo. Just need more water, and a kayaker.

How do you think the violent air in bigger watter will affect the flight?

It works fine in the mountains in 15mph winds. Doubt it would be too much of an issue. You would need to stay out of the misting spray though.

Excellent work flying amongst the trees. The real test will come when navigating between the narrow walls of a tight canyon. Can't wait to to the results. It will definitely be good.

No problem. I've already done it, down couloirs, in the mountains, in wind.

Man, if you're ever down in Durango, I know atleast a dozen paddlers that would pay to have you film them in Vallecito, Lime Creek, South Mineral and a couple other canyons around here.

What creek was that you filmed on?

Just a little creek behind my house, coming out of Little Cottonwood Canyon.

And I'll add Yule Creek and Crystal Gorge to that list. Seriously man, what's your hourly rate?

More of a daily rate, than hourly.

I'm more inclined to produce video for online content, that type of thing.

    This required some serious rigging.

Beautiful piece of footage there. That cablecam shot I could have set up and have been ready to fly in 60 seconds. Also could have flown lower and closer, flying in the canyon walls.

Hopefully I'll do some of that this summer.

Shooting kayaking will be about 99% easier than skiing.

Yes, much easier once you get there. However, many of the class V gorges around here would require some miserable hikes in and then rappelling down a mix of overhanging, vertical and 70 degree slopes. This one, near Squamish, was relatively easy to access.

    Here's the extended version:

Something tells me you haven't navigated through Cascade Hell-Fuck before.
