    bindings on Prophet 90....

I just ordered some Prophet 90s @ 186cm and some Look px 15 bindings. Should I mount them at the mid-sole or further back, and if so how much? I need it to be a good all-mountain ski, but I'd like to ski some powder and switch if possible. Nothing too ridiculous. Let me know how you'd put those 2 together if you had them. Thanks.

I've got Chronic Blends, same shape. I put the midsole 2cm forward of the line on the ski. If memory serves the line is 80mm back from the midpoint of the ski. I use them as my all around skis. Park, moguls, groomers, off piste up to 6inches of fresh. Forwarning: these skis have a much bigger difference in tip and tail width than any others I've skied lately making them not as good at switch as you might expect but better at floating the tip in powder so you don't need to mount as far back.

I mounted my Prophet 90's on the mid-sole line. They rip. Wouldn't change a thing.

    Spot on.

I have mine mounted on the line as well, and like truth said, they rip. Awesome ski, you should definitely be happy with them.

Sure they rip at the line but if you're wanting to do any switch, even in the park, ya gotta go forward a little.

Why the hell would I want to ride backwards? You might as well be snowlerblading if you're gonna do that.

I ski and hit jumps switch on gotama and PE that are both mounted on the freeride mid sole line. sure its not the best but it works and skis so much better out of the park or whatever you are hitting.

The Lines only have one reference line and it's farther back than the rearward line on Scratch BCs. 80mm behind center. That's why you should always measure and find center and then work from there while still maybe taking into account the manufacturer's recommendations.

Let us know how they work if you mount those forward at all. I have a pair on the way and want them for the same stuff you described. I tend to usually mount 2-3cm in front of the regular mark, but I have not heard anything about How the "Line line" measures out.
