I've stayed at the Crystal in Mid Valley a couple of times. Not cheap, $80-90 a night, but it is clean & comfortable for a hotel room. Free breakfast buffet and easy access to LCC and BCC.

We have stayed at both the comfort inns in Sandy. Both nice and clean and affordable. hot tub and pool.

Hell, I live in West Jordan and it takes me about 40 minutes to be parked at Soli. You can stay damn near anywhere in the valley and be up quick.

You could get a weekly rate at the Extended Stay America near the auto plaza in Sandy. I'm not sure how much they charge, but I'm sure it's cheaper than some $80+ a night hotel. Plus you get a fridge and stove and stuff. I'm pretty sure I've seen one on the other side of Sandy as well (near Cottonwood Hgts).
