edg, fess up. Man makes off with beer, LOTS of beer.

DUBLIN, Ireland - A thief made off with 180 kegs of Guinness beer after smoothly driving into the Dublin brewery, which makes the black stout and snatching a trailer load of drink, police said Thursday.

The incident took place Wednesday at the Guinness brewery on the banks of Dublin's River Liffey where Ireland's trademark tipple has been brewed for almost 250 years.

The lone raider's haul also contained 180 kegs of Budweiser and 90 barrels of Carlsberg lager, police said.

"A man drove into the yard in a truck and took a trailer containing the drink which has an estimated value of 64,000 euros ($94,770)," a police spokesman said.

And we all know this wasn't Roo because he'd be spowing while consuming it all at a rapid pace in the middle of the brewery.

180 kegs of Guinness! A lifetime supply.

I'm betting he brings the Bud back tomorrow.
Shut your eyes and think of somewhere. Somewhere cold and caked with snow.

Keg usually = the half keg measure in the UK (~30 litres).

It wasn't Roo because he doesn't drink. Which is probably a good thing for all of us.

OK it def. wasn't me - I'm already starting to feel my hangover after a few too many irish car bombs. Guinness good shit, mixing maybe not so. I don't think rugby will be fun tomorrow.

Not really sure if you count yourself a Celt or Welsh or a Brit, if the former two no worries, if the latter, this is against your religion and everything you stand for but... two parts Bailey's, two parts Powers Whiskey (ye can substitute I guess), two parts "Irish Mist" liqueur. Shake. That's a 70 proof milkshake (do you guys have that word?). Drink it. Have another. Play rugby.

I invented this drink* and I named it the "Bogtrotter".

    * as far as I know. The name is def. mine.

*Is wearing a Wales rugby shirt right now.* That sounds killed - will definitely have to try it sometime soon. And, yeah, we have the world milkshake!

Guinness is such an overrated beer, it has such a weak amount of alcohol, I would rather have a Sam Smith Imperial Stout instead, when I drink beer I wanna get loaded, not bloated.
Always charging it in honor of Flyin' Ryan Hawks.

180 kegs of Guiness could feed the entire 3rd-world for the next hundred years, shame on the thief!
