I think its just the angle, they're mounted on the recommended line(well at least where the sharpie line was, I double checked against my other pair w/ dynafits and it was the same) either way they ski fine

yeah thats about right, I just ran down and measured out

The line on the Duke mounted pair measures out at 75.88 so its a bit further forward but I doubt I'd be able to tell the difference between 75 and 75.88

My dynafit pair is mounted 77.15, might be a little forward of that since I've gone to a TLT classic rental plate which used the old holes but slid the binding forward @ .5 cm (using the plate cause I needed 8mm movement and couldn't afford comforts)

Has the tails of those big(or sugar) daddies been cut. I remember them having somesort of a twintip.

nope no tail mods they're Heli Daddies from mntlion

same ski as the sugar/tele, just with a square tail with a slight kick to it. I actually prefer it to the sugars/tele's because skins will actually stay on. I couldn't stand the round tail on my TM:X's cause no matter how tight I got the STS clip, it would always slide off.
