    NYC area maggots: party!

Courtesy of Armchair, to celebrate the opening of his restaurant. Sounds like it's going to be a pretty big, happening event, and everyone's invited. Starts at 6, I think, on Thursday night. Restaurant is the old Angelo and Maxie's on 52nd(?) between sixth and seventh.
    See yas there!

Dexter, I would really love to go into the city and hang out...it's been a long time and this sounds like fun. But Thurs nite is kind of tough for me. Kid has baseball practice, etc. etc. So I guess it's a definite maybe!

It don't cost nuthin to get in, but I'm not sure beyond that. I should see ACE tomorrow, so I'll find out.

edit: sprite, explain to the kids what a carpool is and come down.

Tell him to push it off a couple weeks and I might attend.

Might. It's worth it, just for the possibility.

Since I missed you last week, it looks like another trip to the city is in order.

Snorkel- what company are you with at NAB?

Yes, all maggs in NYC area should come. This will be a huge fiesta with free beer, wine and many, many good snacks. We are expecting around 1200-1400 peeps. The place looks tops and we had a really good day today cooking the entire big menu for the first time so the staff could see and taste. Holy shit, I had to show every single cook (we have about 40) how to cook and plate every single dish 3-4 times, I'm completely exausted.

I have been working like a one-legged fireman kicking down doors, but it will be totally worth it.

I will make the rounds at the party, and try to meet everyone, but I will be pretty busy too.
    Hope to see you there!

snork, you are on the list, but I am not confident that my PR firm got all the invites out as planned. Please attend.

This party isn't going to look anything like ACE's avatar, I hope.

Best of luck in this new venture dude, sounds awesome.

Seems like it. Houston Street hockey, Sky Rink...you're pretty tall? I was the only one at Houston that had anything to do with skiing...
