    not to mention the ash on the wheels of the lifts. Ash is the most abrasive thing on the planet.

    It's really strange to get off at the top of the chairlift and discover that not only is the patrol shack gone, but all the trees are charred too.

    Once again, thanks to the snowmaking and maintenance guys who saved the mountain (and arguably part of town too)

    Wildfire is gonna kill everything... the running joke is no more below TL forecasting... because there won't be any trees next year.

    At least one in-ski-area fire here within the last month.
