I thought I would chime in and give a little update.

Delam problems were something that we were trying to eliminate in our first official season. When Erik told us about the problem we put his replacements in the mail immediately.

In searching for a manufacturer to work with, quality was the number one thing on our minds. We will always stand behind our products and our warranties and found a manufacturer that is willing to do the same. We contacted them immediately when we first heard about the issue. They were deeply concerned and surprised and stated that delam shouldn't be anything that we should worry about on a large scale and that historically from the thousands of skis they produce each year they have a 1 to 2% delam rate. During our testing phase the skis were rock solid without any problems.

If anyone has any problems with there skis give us a call. And we will take care of them immediately.

We are glad to hear that the few that have reviewed them so far are liking what they see. Please keep the review coming as well as any other feedback.

Also, as for the core in the tips. Its just like iggyskier said. They narrow in the tips which is pretty standard. The core throughout the running length is a lot wider.

This is exactly why I am very glad to be dealing with a small company, because you guys were very understanding and had no problem sending me a replacement pair without any hassle. This is called amazing customer service. They are also super fun skis, excited to get back on them.

Question: would riveting the tips to prevent future delam void the warranty?

    just a thought.

    MARSHALON: your inbox is full...

My new Districts showed up today, would you be available anytime after 2pm tomorrow to do the mount? And where do you live, so I can figure out how to get there. If not, we can figure out a time after Thanksgiving break. Thanks so much!

    Erik

Are your bases flat? Are they consistent?
