need song that musically rhymes with Satriani's "Always with Me, Always with You"

Based on my trip to Ice Creek Lodge last year, I've been asked to present a ski slide show at the local Powderhound Preview snow riders show. It's a locally produced event that raises the stoke level and is a hellofa lot of fun. I'm stoked to be invited to present.

My slideshow is set to a pretty sweet little song.....Joe Satriani's "Always with Me, Always with You" and it fits what I created, which is a summary of the really deep day we had. I feel like the song does a good job delivering the idea of mystery, anticipation, and payoff really well.

    (skuuz the phaggy video)

The folks at the Powderhound asked if I could make the show longer, so I am assembling the footage and slides to tell a little bit more about the experience of the hut trip. But I am a little stumped on musical selection.

I might do some voiceovers to describe what they are looking at. I might not.

So what I am looking for is something that will have an "everyday" feel to it, nothing to hardcore, that will set the stage for the Satriani segment, as the segment I am creating now will be before the "big payoff deep pow" segment. Something that musically rhymes. Could be Boston. Could be Morphine. Could be Neil Young. Doesn't matter, just gotta rhyme and have a little bit higher energy than the Satriani song, to convey the exploration and road trip feel.

What you got? Thx in advance.

Are you asking for a song with melodic harmony? Or a nice segue?
I think the word rhyme is why you have not gotten many answers yet.

I'm no music major, but I think it is the wrong word.

Is this a joke, and I am ruining it?

    rhyme also rime (rm)

For some reason, I keep visualizing Roundabout (Yes) as being a good compliment to this project. Mostly the first 2-3 minutes of it, at least.

this thread has me stoked, as I'm a guitar player and Satriani has long been one of my favorites, and was my initial inspiration to play guitar.
So I'm biased in suggesting sticking with the Satch theme, and going with a more up-beat song for the preceding segment...
Raspberry Jam Delta V, Friends, The Mystical Potato Head Groove Thing, or any number of others....
    I'll also suggest something different...

Chuck out Satriani and replace it with this tune.

Does this complement it at all? I think it might, but sometimes I'm dumb.

I'm surprised our resident "Jimmy Page" didn't suggest an instrumental version of "Stairway to Heaven." Some options:

Jimmy Page, Eric Clapton and Jeff Beck:

    Stanley Jordan:

    Rodrigo y Gabriela:

Raise 'em Jay. And remember: Safety Third!
