Amen, time to start burning skis. My place on Friday the 21 would be a good place, keg of boundrybay scotch, lots of red meat on the bbq. And my hot blond neighboor chicks getting drunk and slutty.
Que pick of neighboor chick wearing a bikini while ussing a push mower to mow the lawn :D
If it's the same pineapple express that came through last winter, I'll dust off the welcome mat. That did not suck.
I don't wanna jinx anything but it looks like the pineapple express was last year's problem.
Burn a ski for ullr.
Is Zgnzo the mutant love child of Z and Gonzo?
i was wondering the exact same thing.
bite your tongue. I send warm fuzzy thoughts and lots of love to the Pineapple Express.

I blame Bobby Brady. We're still being punished for him taking that tiki from the sacred burial ground in Hawaii.
Pineapple express= best 2 words ever mentioned on the weather channel.
I second that, I could go for another 607" here in Mammoth. Speaking of which, we had our first snow flurries in town today. :the_fingeQuote:

What? The Pineapple Express rules. If you wanna kick my ass, come down to the Sierras.
That wasn't just a pineapple express last season north of 49, but a fucking tropical punch. I hate them both. Always have, always will. I love the weather from Hawaii when I'm in Hawaii but when I'm at home in BC it's the deep Aleutian low that's sacred in the winter months.
GRANT YOU IDIOT!
Safety Meeting and WAR premiere, and wonderful drunk fest, where your damn slideshow is showing. Write things down!
OCT 21st, UBC WAR AND SAFETY MEETING. tsk tsk grant.
YEAH! FUCK THE PINEAPPLE EXPREES! What?Quote:

it looks like the pineapple express did its fair share of ass-kicking down in the Sierras. :fuckyou:Quote:

It rained every single day we were here so far, and the forecast is that it'll rain every day for the rest of our trip, too.
today it's 34º at the peak (everything on the upper mountain is closed) and raining in the valley, so the nice high-elevation conditions I had yesterday are basically destroyed..
my day of heli-skiing has been cancelled. my wife, who is a beginner skier, can't ski anything above the slushzone. she is downright depressed.
yeah. fuck the pineapple express. fuck it in the ass with a chainsaw gently.
Well, planning a big trip out west in December is just silly anyhow...
i don't think you made him feel any better, bakerboy.... but as I recall the pineapple express we knew last year hooked taos up considerably... as of yet they're under fifty inches YTD
I disagree, 3 feet of pow in Coloraddy last week re-affirmed my belief in early season ski trips. However, I feel the pain of those who are less lucky, it's about 60 here in NJ now, so yeah, the weather sucks most places, but don't worry, it'll get better.Quote:

The rockies are a different story, one 3 foot storm doesn't mean much if you don't have a base (not saying that Colorado doesn't)... If you spend months ahead planning a trip, it just works better to go in February or March.Quote:

Not to worry, once santa is bringing a kick ass forecast for after Christmas, even with the disappointing December, 2005 is gonna end up DEEP
im in seattle for 5 days, and i didnt even bring my skis ;)
hope that helps!
Yep, if the forecast holds up next week at w/b might be epicQuote:
