I peed off the Chief in Squamish once. What's that, about a thousand feet? It all kind of evaporated and disappeared before it hit the ground :(
There's a cliff NE of north-south lake in the Catskills called Newman's ledge. When I looked at it on a map I found that it's not a big deal, but when I was there pissing off it, it seemed like the biggest cliff this side of the Mississippi.

I once peed off a fishing boat in Mexico that was going full throttle. Just hung right off the edge and went for it. I really had to go, and those were shark infested waters. Plus the guys did not want to stop the boat.

No, that's my point about the "busted" part. Bungee-ing from there was only quasi-legal anyway, and the operator was shut down (By whom? I have no idea) about 5-6 jumpers ahead of me in line for having too many jumps on one cord. He had nothing else even remotely long enough, since he braided together a few of his "normal" cords. I was on the fast track of chickening out anyway, but now I have someone else to blame! Good to know someone else on the board appreciates the madness that used to happen down there. We actually went originally to raft a release and "ride the dragon" on our bikes.... and were talked into hanging around for Bridge Day.
