Can't send PMs

When i attempt to send pms.

App states

"You are not logged in or do not have permission to perform this action"

Then app logs me out.

Still getting "you don't have enough permission to send Forum PM" in Tapatalk. Keep trying to up post count so I can at least reply to sellers
