Can't tell you the last time I had some Frosted Flakes, but I did down a big bowl of Fruit Loops the morning. Man that was good. Anybody else down a big bowl for breakfast?

Once or twice a year I'll get a couple boxes of junk cereal; usually Cinnamon Toast Crunch or Lucky Charms or both.
the only thing that saved me from eating myself to death with fruit loops is the fact that they shred the roof of my mouth.
I have no idea what it's called and I haven't seen it in years. Haven't eaten cereal in years either but I could go for it now that I'm reminded of it.
Had a cross-stitched looking picture on the box. Raisins, cinnamon and maybe apple bits. Crunchy yet kinda chewy clusters of some sort. Trust me it was great.
Lucky Charms are my guilty pleasure every blue moon.
On the reg is muesli, Kashi Cinnamon Harvest and some of the other flavors. Add honey, raisins/berries sometimes. Almond & Coconut milk sometimes for a little sweetness.
I remember as a kid, mom always bought the healthy kinds of cereal to which I would added mucho sugar. At the end there would be this soupy sugary blob at the bottom. So good.
Golden Grahams
haha - love me some fruit loops.
A few years ago I was traveling to Taiwan a lot, one of the hotels I stayed at on a regular basis had a really nice buffet and that was one of the "dry" cereal options - once in a blue moon (or Taiwan visit) guilty pleasure for me.
Cocoa Pebbles
CapnCrunch, Quisp & Life. My mom always tried to shove shredded wheat down our throats, now that make it mini and frosted, it's pretty good
^ Same. Shredded Wheat, Wheaties, or Raisin Bran. A commitment to regularity on two fronts.
Oatmeal.
oh yeah, for whatever reason i was thinking the rare sugary treat. oatmeal is my lifelong go to.
With a big pat of butter, a dash of salt, and brown sugar in the boiling water before the large flake oats are added ;)
i also like grits and cornmeal. i ate quisp but more maypo.
Cap'n Crunch
Trix
Oatmeal is the go to though.
oh yeah and none of that instant oat shit. i want time to read on the shitter when it's time drop oat.
Anything with marshmallow - lucky charms, boo berry, Franken berry, count chocula... Sweet baby jebus I love that shit...!
A very close second would be Captain Crunch...!
And WTF is Quisp...?
Go-to is GoLean Crunch, one of the few cereals with a decent amount of protein.
But my secret weakness is Cinnamon Toast Crunch. I bought a box a few years ago while shopping after work, and had finished the box before bed. I'm not allowed to buy it anymore.
(Pro tip: use Cinnamon Toast Crunch when making Rice Krispy Treats. So much better.)
Cereal for breakfast is shitty fuel to get on with the day
but muesli for desert and in the morning you will just be a regular guy
Life, Cinnamon Life and Frosted Shredded Wheat were the go to as a kid. I haven't had cold cereal for years
First place: Peanut butter puffins mixed with choco chimps.
Second place: Raisin Bran with Honey Nut Cheerios.
If you're not mixing and matching you're missing out.
If I must have cereal it's muesli or buckwheat groats.
Oatmeal with a handful of chocochips and
sprouted rice...double choco with coconut flakes....i usually can ride on the mtn for 3 hours before eating
Reese's PB Puffs or PB Captain Crunch for 'total junk'.
Frosted Flakes or Frosted Shredded Mini Wheats for 'pretending to not be junk'.
Raisin Bran Crunch for 'still junk but the raisins might trick you to thinking that this is a healthy option to start the day'
Weird, I was Honey nut Cherios solidly until about 5 years ago.
Then I switched to Raisin Bran one day. Banger. I still like the Honey Nut alright, but Raisin Bran just kills it for me. Could do it for lunch. Could have it for desert at night. I'm talking Kellogs or Post, no hippy sugarless "healthy" crap.
I pretty much only ever want cereal for breakfast. Anything else is a waste of time and energy for me.
Saucer shaped Cap'n Crunch

^cheerios and raisin bran is good combo
frosted mini wheats with ideal milk saturation
oatmeal squares
cracklin oat bran
large quantities of fruity pebbles as a kid is probably why i'm so fucked up as an adult
Capncrunch crunchberries, trix, fruit loops, and raisen bran were my go tos
Now I'm happy w the occasional bowl of cornflakes
Cinnamon Toast Crunch
Was for a time something I had any time off the day.....wicked stuff
1) Captain Crunch
2) Honey Smacks
3) Frosted Flakes
4) Familia Müsli
5) Corn Pops
peanut butter puffins
the best
I try to stay on the healthy side.
Grape Nuts with large handful of blueberries and maple syrup (well saturated with milk).
Quaker Oat Meal Squares (Eating these things for breakfast ensures a trip to restroom at 2:00pm sharp).

Oat Meal:
Made with a mix of Milk and Water
Cinnamon, diced apple, raisins, maple syrup
Although there was I time I was severely addicted to Peanut Butter Capt'n Crunch.
