Mines been pretty solid lately... you update to the new iOS? My app only seems to crash occasionally if I go to a thread with a ton of pictures or gifs. I can't even click on the Gifs only thread...
Has never crashed on my iPhone 6, even pre update. WTF is dat...
Stable AF on Nougat.
usually happens in IOS when you click out to links to web
esp if those sites have shittons of ads preloading before the content appears
in IOS 9 & 10, no difference
no issues for items in TGR world, even gifs (just slower to load a long page of them)
It only happens on my iPad, not my iCrack 7
Don't forget we have a mobile theme that doesn't suck (at least not as much as the old one).
The Tapatalk app we have less control over. I just checked, and there are no updates currently. If it's crashing on a certain thread or something I might be able to troubleshoot.

It ain't the phone. On my 5 month old iPhone 6s it crashes a lot too. On my 6 month old iPad the app crashes a lot also. Especially if I jump ahead to the last page of a many page thread, and then hit the arrow to go back 1 page. Also the picture uploader will not work on my iPad.
It's your shitty ass iPhone and your shitty ass carrier.
Android app is fine. Little laggy with my keyboard sometimes, but that might just as well be the keyboard app I'm using, too.
App has been crashing often on my galaxy s5. Seems to happen because of pictures. The padded room nsfw thread does it, and this morning the pictures of "jo jo" (I have no idea who that is) crashed it every time I tapped the picture to load/display it.
Still fine here on my S5.

I use tapatalk extensively with 2 other forums, with no issues. It's something wrong with this app.

That was my question. Does anyone at tapatalk actively support the app, or even look at the emails? I suppose the obvious answer is to just delete the app, and use the mobile interface. it's really annoying that there are some thread I just can't look at on my phone, because the app will crash.

I officially gave up on the app. It's beyond frustrating for me.
Same. Just use web browser now. Funny, though, my wife's iPad, about 6mo older, has no problem with the app when I am borrowing hers. No idea what the difference is.
