I give it a meh! Maybe another episode will help.
I'm guessing that the opening scene at Cinnabon was where he ends up post Breaking Bad, maybe witness protection. Tonite should set the tone.
Really? Tuco, arguably the greatest character from BB, is back and you guys give it a meh? Tough crowd.
I thought it was great! High hopes for tonight's episode!!
Big expectations.Puny take off
Ya, it was boring as hell until the last scene. If you didn't watch breaking bad you probably though the whole thing was shite. Hopefully tonight will deliver
I'm liking it.
The photography is pretty cool too.
Fell asleep Sunday after skiing all day before it came on. Seems like it will be good.
get another sticker
BB seemed to be able to mix the ordinary with the amusing with the totally insane in a way that worked. BCS, not even close yet. Hoping for better to come.
The second episode was definitely better, but I'm not sold yet. Not really sure what the crazy brother is going to add.
Second episode was much better.
I liked the second episode much more and I'll continue to watch because I miss New Mexico and the landscape and way Gilligan shoots it appeals to me. Also, Odenkirk cracks me up.
I also remember a season or two in the middle of BB where nothing really happened but I kept watching and it was totally worth it.
Talking Tuco and his buddy down was lame, I get it, it was a way to certify his gift of talking himself out of a bad situation, but wasn't credible. In BB, Saul and the carrot top twins would be buried in the desert and this show would be over.
...and Tuco did not appear to be high out of his gourd, constantly hitting bumps of the blue.
2nd better, appears it will keep shifting gears as Saul goes down the rabbit hole.
Remember this is pre BB, Mike is still handing out stickers. Chicken man is probably only selling chicken at this point.
I like it. Don't be so tough. Christ, better than 99% of the crap on my flat screen.
Watched the first two last night. I think it's outstanding.
I'm liking it a lot so far. Saul is such a dichotomy. A scumbag with a conscience. It'll be interesting to see where it goes. I also really want to know is up with the fucking space blanket.
I think space blanket being aluminum and he's freaking out about electrical fields and electromagnetic radiation would shield him.
My guess for space blanket is just the guy has severe agoraphobia and it's all in his head.
I realize the blanket is some sort of agoraphobia shield or whatever, just saying I want the backstory on him.
I'm guessing we'll soon hear Mike's backstory soon, too.
this show roxxx
Wow!
mikes a great character. hooked on the show!
That man can act !
Best episode of the series so far. Watching them together in the interrogation room was gold. There is no way Jimmy was not going to spill that coffee. That last five or six minutes was some of the best acting I've seen in a long time, TV or Movie.
Going to be interesting to see how they balance the mix of darkness and comedy throughout the series. I'm sure it will lean towards the latter, as it kind of needs to based off the character of soon to be Saul.
Excellent camera work in this episode. Tight direction.
Jimmy McGill=Terry Malloy
Best show on television
Almost a full season in and BCS is definitely standing on it's own as a series, not just riding Breaking Bad's tailcoats. Well done!
