Bluebird powday TR (11-30-04)

Took the sled in 8 miles on a freeze ass morning at 45mph up to White Pine Knob. Parked it, skinned a short distance and scored perfect conditions for an afternoon in the sun.

Lot's of settling and thumping in the snowpack, so we stayed on mellow angles for the day. Great way to close out an incredible November.

Beautiful pics once again T-head. Love the skin track shot with the deep blue sky in the background. For a moment I felt like I was there.

Glad to see that sled not in the closed area! Did you ski any shots into White Pine Canyon? Those north-north east shots are truly delicious! Goota be careful of a weak shear layer underneath, 18" or so. Heard of some breaking Sunday.

God those tracks look great! Skiing Wed? I just handed out my thesis..oh what a feeling! Work on the presentation a little tonite and then ski..ski ski ski ski and more fukking skiing!

and by the way..imagine skiing that face under a full moon in 10" of recrystallized! yep...had that four nights last year!

It's a guy that gets his paycheck from Uncle Sam. He was strictly 'working' in all those photos. All work, digging pits, looking at crystals, and digging more pits. No fun at all. Just working. :D

50 degrees and 40mph winds and over 1 inch of rain here and you make me feel obligated to look at pics like that. Gee thanx......

Man oh fkn man those are some sweet shots. Of all the fantastic stoke so far this season, I think I like this the best. Don't really know why, maybe because it looks so clean and crisp.
