Flykdog, I'm guessing that those two, or at least the first one is from in/around Snowbasin.
Well, yeah, mine will be easy, so you have to tell me where I was standing when I took the pic:) . Here's another:Quote:

Yeah right, I've never been to Snowbasin, as a matter of fact, I've never even been to Utah, I just look at that many ski photos, pretty sad, eh?Quote:

Edit: Now for my first wrong guess of the day, but the most recent shot looks like what I imagine the Ridge at Bridger Bowl to look like, unless thats like Mt. Ogden.
It shouldn't be too hard to guess the general location of this shot.
Stormrider: road to targhee?
glade: not bridger, not mt. ogden (but closer to mt. ogden than bridger)
heres one for you all

Close. It’s one canyon to the north.Quote:

Cololi: Is that the Pfeifferhorn in the background?
Snorkledeep, juding by the snowfence and the type of trees growing in the background, I would have to venture a guess that it is either Jay Peak or possibly Sugarloaf, hell maybe even Whiteface. I know its in the northeast though.
I was always partial to this one: :D

Where's the Rev shot from? That's a stunner...
Snapped that little gem not 50 yards from the top of the Martes lift at Las Lenas. Takes me back!

so who knows these bad boys. just don't look on biglines or you're a cheater.
Z, I suck at this, but I'm gonna guess Tahoe area (at least for the first one.) The Weed maybe? The third one is a little indicative of what I have seen of Squaw. But for all I know it could be effing Japan.
Crash: the first one looks like Grande Teton, but again I am only venturing a slightly educated guess. The second one--Wolf Creek maybe? Southwestern CO is what I figure...
Roo - here are some more from the top of Lenas in July '03 for your enjoyment

Damn my eyes! Alpental? I have heard/read parts of it are steep as hell.
That's my best bet... ???
Awaiting correction, crash. You have strucken my curiousity...
south of grand teton and northeast of south west CO. So easy for both, but strange angles...
Rendezvous and Keystone? I have no idea about anything concering the Tetons, so that is a flat out guess, but the second does bear a resemblence to the Keystone area.
Just save everyone here the trouble of hearing me speak again by telling the right answer. ;) (Though I do wish I could get this right...)
Crash: Cody Peak?
For the love of God somebody tell him before he runs out of ski areas!Quote:

Also Max, Keystone?? c'mon man I may be from the midwest, but...
three snowboarders (as far as i know) and only one skier has ever done this. i was supposed to be there the day the skier did it last year, but woke up too late, even though i don't know if my balls are big enough. the top is really gnarly.Quote:

Z-bo, you know what causes the snow to flute like that? Seems like I never see ipictures of that outside of AK.
the same reason it flutes in AK. the snow is sticky, the slope is super steep, and there are lots of rocks (and some weird brand of tree that sticks to near vertical slopes and creates 20 foot billy goat drops on super gnarly lines).Quote:
