i smaxked my tail of the right ski on a rock on south chute #2. i know some family heard me yell FKNA as the dad gave me a hell of a look down on the rookie road leadout.
was it windy on 9 ?
i did uncover some rocks on headwall, however not when i was on my skis :eek::eek::eek: now i owe someone money for getting their skis ptexed.
but i dont know how i busted my sidewall out, see my thread in tech talk, and in retrospect they are probably repairable

What are the conditions like up there now?
Is it worth bringing the Big Bros out for thier first day, or shoudl I stick to the Kingswood/Explosiv?
i've checked the cams a few times and it looks pretty clear, the radar shows most of the moisture being just on the very front range. I think loveland is getting hosed on this one.
I'll be up at Berthoud tommorow, probably hitting up No Name or Russell, it should be sick.
Summit Cove-
Fu*king cold with little new snow. woke up this AM, -6 degrees on the deck, couple inches maybe and really nothing new all day. Unless it snows tonight - not going to be much of a day. (unless you're going B.C.)
Touring with the XC skis unless we get some decent fresh.
