Imagine wrapping yourself in bacon, then going into an Oprah show on dieting.
Bacon, like nakedness, enhances all situations.
I had a chicken Ceasar salad for lunch today, with bacon of course.
Bacon omelettes.
I vote for an omelette appreciation thread. As a derivation of this one. The world would definitely not be the same without omelettes. Particularly bacon omelettes.
God bless those Mexican cooks at the chef station and their chile relleno with omelettes. And their bacon. They do it RIGHT.
Or 4H bacon. Fresh from the bacon can't compare to fresh from the farm (says the guy who just picked up a 1/4 hog yesterday). By the way, I celebrate the whole pig, not just bacon.
BBQ
Chops
Sausage
Roasts
Loins
How can you go wrong?
Wow...it must almost be October round here.
I am a fan of the classic veggie burger with bacon. It is fantastic and the first time the server hears that they get all freaked out. Throw some cheese on there as well.
Go have some bacon... It'll feel like February, if for a moment.Quote:

Usually what I do on a summer weekend morning: get up, go waterskiing, eat bacon and then some beef jerky. I'm working on about my 8th heart attack right now.
Everything is better with Bacon!
This site used to be much better. Now they sell more and show less....

Weird. I've always maintained that bacon (along with tea) is one thing you Yanks get catastrophically wrong. Those deep fried shards of saturated fat pictured above are heresy. Some proper Danish bacon that's succulent and meaty is the answer.Quote:
