As a former Wisconsinite, I can confirm.
A guy I knew through skiing was/is? a cop in Madison. I asked him what qualifies as drunk driving. Without hesitation, he said six beers.
Have a hard time believing that list when there isn't a single New Mexico location on it.
Wisconsin should just name drinking the official state pastime. It already is de facto.

First state I bought alcohol in LEGALLY. Right out if high school early summer trip to float down the Apple River with friends. 10am walked in to this roadside joint that advertised cases to go.
