And, while not hugely into dude, I always dug his cut "Senior Skip Day" if only for the line about putting scrambled eggs on his waffle when he found out he didn't have any syrup. I loved the creative epicurean decision and just the simplicity and inventiveness of including that in his rhyme. The song also made me nostalgic for high school and the realization that I never once skipped out on classes...

My kids introduced me to him a long time ago now. He was one of the new kids I enjoyed listening to. This situation leading up to his death is such a bummer. RIP
