We're done with 98 to 2001. Three more years to go. It's slow going- lots of material to collate, double-check, edit. Aiming for Jan 20, I think, was the last I heard. I'm doing some final copyediting for the project. It looks really pro. Thanks for your patience.Quote:

They are getting closer. Just finishing up the appendices, which are quite complicated. Sorry for the wait, but the authors/ editors want to do it right.
